You have made the right decision in wanting to join the Integrated Online Learning Program with internship provided by TalentsinAfrica. This is a free online training that prepares young Africans for the future of work, equipped with the abilities, competencies, and skills which employers need and also to upgrade in their career path. Selected candidates will be building their capacity with workplace productivity. Capacity building is the process through which individuals, organizations, and societies obtain, strengthen, and maintain the capabilities to set and achieve their own development objectives over time.

Nature of program
The program will be divided into the following stages.

a. Theory: This involves giving learners the knowledge they need in a particular choice of study. They go through various modules using our online Learning Platforms.

b. Practical/Skills Development/Presentation: This is where learners come together once in two weeks to meet a mentor, present assignments and discuss progress of work done so far

Graduation and Certification: Learners will be awarded certificates on completion of their work in a beautiful graduation ceremony.
