This form is for NEW families in the Essex Westford School District hoping to participate in the Rec Kids Afterschool Program through Essex Junction Recreation and Parks in the  2023-2024  school year.  

*Submitting this form does not, in any way, guarantee your child a spot in our program.
*Families should fill out one form for each child they are intending to register.  
*Forms will be collected in the order they are received electronically.

A representative from EJRP will follow-up via email to inform you of your registration status. If we are able to enroll your child, the $50 non-refundable registration fee will be due right away to secure placement, and can be paid with a credit card over the phone or in your online account. This fee is not covered by Childcare Resource. If we are unable to register your child due to a lack of availability, we will not take the $50 payment to be put on a waitlist.

Children who attend fewer than 5-days per week must maintain a consistent schedule for the days of the week that they participate, and must attend at least 2 days.
