Please complete the following form to register for this year's event on July 11-14.  The registration will be done online instead of mailed invitations.  There is an option to pay online as well.  There is no fee for using a credit card, so we encourage people to pay that way.  Otherwise, you can send a check in.  Please submit by June 15th to ensure a spot.  Your spot is secured once you have registered and paid.  We will be accepting up to 175 golfers for the tournament.  Any questions please reach out, email: cloquetcountryclub@gmail.com.  Thanks!
