I agree to be bound by the rules and sailing instructions issued for the race and certify that the particulars of my yacht are as stated. My yacht will be equipped to the standards in the Notice of Race. The Royal Southern Yacht Club is providing this series of races on the understanding that the Club and its representatives accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience to any yacht or person however arising directly or indirectly from their rules, rulings or policy during the race or related activities. *
