I understand, acknowledge and give full consent that:
(1) the discount under this scholarship program can be used for applicant student’s tutoring at GEA ONLY, it is non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or other payment form;
(2) the discount under this scholarship program can be used for full-term course at GEA, it cannot be used on holiday program or part-term studies;
(3) this offer is a package deal for full-year study (commencing at beginning of term-1 completing at the end of term-4, with 40 lessons in total) only, and I will pay my (child’s) entire 4-term tuition fee in advance and in full, at time of my (child’s) registration at GEA. This package offer requires a minimum of 5 (five) hour study in GEA classes;
(4) this specific discount offer is not applicable or valid in conjunction with any other advertised  or promotional offer. A sibling discount of 15% maximum will apply to my other children who chooses to study at GEA;
(5) this scholarship discount will be forfeited if I (my child) withdraw form GEA course(s), for any reason(s), during the term(s);
(6) my (child’s) name, photo(s), image(s) or video(s) may be used by GEA for promotional and marketing purposes, where needed, without time limit(s). Any objection or non-conformance of this term and condition may result in this scholarship discount being forfeited;
(7) failing to comply with clauses 5 (five) and 6 (six) above, my (child’s children’s) tuition fee shall be recalculated without applying this specific discount, that is, standard fee(s) will apply. However, in case my (child’s Children’s) study at GEA, standalone or combined, exceeding half year or more, respective standard package or sibling discount may still apply. The resulting difference between actual fee paid (with discount) and recalculated fee (without discount or reduced discount) can be used as credit (if positive= actual fee paid minus recalculated fee) for future use within 2 (two) years by my child (children), and I agree to top up the payment for the difference (if negative= actual fee paid minus recalculated fee) where required;
(8) I (my child, children) shall notify GEA of my (my child’s, children’s) registration in any contest, competition that is organized by their school, but not on GEA published contest list. my child (children) is entitled to participate in those contest or completion under his/her/their own name(s);
I (my child, children) shall notify GEA, prior to registration, of my child’s (children’s) intention to participate, under his/her/their own name(s), in any contests that is closely related to courses enrolled at GEA;
I shall forfeit the specific discount I (my child, children) received under this scholarship program in the event that I (my child, children) register, participate any contests as a representative of another tutoring, coaching, educational organization while taking training, courses at GEA designed for same or similar purposes. I shall also suspend my (my child’s, children’s) study at GEA and reimburse GEA of the specific discount I (my child, children) received under this scholarship program as if it had never applied.
(9) I (my child, Children) shall ensure class attendance rate of no less than 80% in each term. (that is, no more than two absences for a ten-lesson term). Credit is allowed for two absent lessons maximum, and can be carried forward with two year time limit (from the date of original scheduled lesson). The credit can only be used for the student himself/herself, not for others. Any absence in excess of two lessons is taken to be forfeited. No credit or refund will be allowed.
(10)  This “Terms and Conditions” shall be read and taken as a whole and in its entirety, no exception or individual adjustment is to be considered. The right to interpret is with GEA, at its absolute and sole discretion, on any undiscussed matters or anything in doubt in relation to this “Terms and Conditions”, GEA’s decision is final.
