Fee Structure and Payment
PLEASE READ ALL CONSIGNOR INFORMATION
1st: You, the consignor make 60% profit on the gross sales of your sold items.

2nd: Consignor Fee: After your percentage is calculated, a $15 consignor fee will be removed from your check.

3rd: You will be paid within 2 weeks of the end of the sale  


I read all the fee structure and payment information above and agree to the percentage and fee structure. *
I am requesting that Just Between Friends sell the items I have delivered for the price listed on the tag. If there is no star, I request that my items participate in the 50% off sale along with my full price items. *
I understand and agree that any unsold items at the end of the sale that have been marked by me with “Donate” will be pulled for the charity donation before pick up. They will NOT be sorted with my things for pick up. *
I understand and agree that items that are stained, unclean, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be removed from the sale at the discretion of JBF Workers. * *
 I certify that each item complies with applicable law; https://www.cpsc.gov/cpsclist.aspx and that no item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another. *
I understand and agree that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire or damage of/to my items. *
I understand that if I would like any possible missing/lost items investigated, I need to fill out the missing/lost item form before the end of pickup. I also accept the responsibility to check the "missing tags" rack to search for any of my items prior to the end of pick up. *
Once again we will be offering Echecks! With echecks you will receive a digital check within days of the end of the event! To find out more on what an echeck is and how it works follow this link *
Pick up of unsold items is Sunday, March 24th from 5:00pm - 7:00pm, or by appointment. There will be no exceptions made. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to come during this time or send someone in my place. All items not picked up by 7:01 pm on Sunday, March 24th will be donated to charity, unless arrangements have been made prior to pickup. *
