Dear RCS Families,
 
The Rochester Catholic parishes hold Catholic education as a high value and seek to support our families in their child’s faith development. As your pastors, we invite your family to apply for a tuition grant, awarded by your parish, as a testimony to our commitment to this important ministry of our Church and for the future of our faith.

Active participation in one of our six Catholic parishes is the main criteria to be eligible for the Catholic Parish Tuition Grant. Active participation includes all of the following:

Registered parishioners at a Rochester Catholic parish
Regular Mass attendance at your registered parish
Consistent financial support to your registered parish
Ministry and service to others in your registered parish

Applications for the Parish Grant are completed yearly. After reviewing and approving your family’s application, a parish grant in the amount of $1,450 per student in Kindergarten - Grade 12 will be credited to your tuition balance. The Parish Grant is credited in full to single households, or is split evenly between dual households.

We are charged with the duty of awarding parish grant money in a just and responsible manner, and parish resources are limited. Each parish is obligated to direct our tuition grant funds to those families who demonstrate a strong faith commitment and are active in our parishes. Through active participation in the life of their parish, families remain committed to their partnership and mutual support of the parish and the mission of Christ.
