Ever wish you knew more people in our church? Diners Club is being created as a fun, casual way to do exactly that. Groups of seven to nine singles and couples will be matched based on similar responses to a short questionnaire.

The whole idea is to have a good time over a meal in a restaurant or covered dish style in a home. Some groups may prefer lunch to dinner. Weekdays may be more suitable than weekends. No time to cook? Eat out or purchase a prepared entree or side. The focus is on getting together without exhausting preparation and unnecessary formality.

Ideally, each group will combine people of all ages and stages. There is no rule about how often to meet, but every four to six weeks is suggested. Once everyone who wants to host has done so, new groups will be formed.
