Unit Election/Visitation Request (2024)
Lenapehoking Lodge IX is now accepting election and visitation requests from Northern New Jersey Council Scouts BSA Troops, Venture Crews, and Sea Scout Ships. To be valid, elections must be led by a Lodge sanctioned election team from outside the unit. Elections are coordinated and scheduled by a youth member of your local chapter (district) and are held at a unit meeting only.

A visitation is a designed for units that have no members eligible for the Order of the Arrow.

THE 2024 ENGAGMENTS SEASON RUNS FROM JANUARY 15, 2024 THROUGH MAY 1, 2024. EXCEPTIONS TO THAT SCHEDULING WINDOW REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF THE LODGE ADVISER AND LODGE VICE CHIEF OF UNIT RELATIONS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE WE WILL BE OFFERING BOTH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL ENGAGEMENTS THIS YEAR, WE WILL BE CLOSELY MONITERING THE COVID-19 SITUATION IN NJ, AND WE WILL BE IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH STATE, FEDERAL AND BSA REGULATIONS. IF THE SITUATION WORSENS, AND YOUR UNIT SELECTS "In-Person" BELOW, WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU AND ATTEMPT TO SHIFT YOUR ENGAGEMENT FROM IN-PERSON TO VIRTUAL.

THE SAFETY OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP, AS WELL AS OURS, IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY THIS YEAR.
