This is an indoor event, so the cold will not bother us!

This event is focused on highlighting plant-based and vegan businesses, organizations, and non-profits. Vendors will be removed if found to be using any products containing animal or animal derivatives, or find promoting a non vegan or whole foods plant based lifestyle... no exceptions and will not receive a refund application fee.

Vendor Applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Applicants will be notified by email if selected and payment will be due 7 DAYS after being selected. Sprouting Dreams LLC, SD, reserves the right to decline any exhibitor at any time, at its discretion. Out of state vendors are welcomed.

**CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance but transferable up to 7 days prior to event.

You are responsible for ALL licenses, permits, electricity if not provided, and water required to run your business! Please note there is limited prep allowed on site.

All vendors MUST collect sales tax if appropriate.
