Applications are due Monday, May 3rd, 5:00 pm.  All applications received by the deadline will be given equal consideration - please do NOT complete this form until you have registered for all of your classes and finalized your summer/fall schedules.

If you are still on a wait-list for a class as the deadline approaches, go ahead and apply to TA, marking availability ONLY for sections you are certain you will be able to TA.  Then update us about any increased availability as soon as you hear.
