Executive Internship Program Details
Women in Music will partner with companies across the music industry to secure diverse and meaningful internship positions. This is not an internship with Women in Music, but rather an internship at your company should you wish to partner with us! However, Women in Music will provide mentorship opportunities, special events, panels, and forums for the interns to build a new foundational industry network outside of your company. Each intern will be interviewed first by a member of WIM's internship program committee and those who move forward will be interviewed & eventually paired with one of WIM's partner companies for their internship term.

New to the music industry
Hard-working, fast learners

Women In Music:

Mission Statement
The mission of Women in Music’s Diversity & Inclusion Council is to advance the equity of women in the music industry through education, active anti-prejudicial practices, empowerment, and opportunity creation. We believe that the conversation around equality is inclusive, active, and practiced, where all are welcome. We commit to highlighting the voices of underrepresented groups, to devoting resources to anti-racist education, and to supporting equity in all forms. Collectively, we are working to make Women in Music and, in turn, the music industry a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive community for all.
