Letters of intent will be accepted until 11:59pm, central time, on Monday, June 15, 2023.


INSTRUCTIONS:
This form will ask you to provide information about your organization, operations, current funding, and the project or purchasing plans that you hope to fund with this award.

To complete this form, you will need the following information:
--Contact information for your organization
--Contact information for the leadership and grant administrator (if applicable) at your organization
--Information about the areas and populations served
--Your Tax ID number (or your fiscal sponsor's Tax ID number)
--Actual budget, income, expenses, and surplus/deficit from the previous fiscal year

You will be able to edit your responses even after you hit "submit."
When this form closes on June 15, 2023, no additional changes will be possible.

The CHIditarod is offering two distinct funding opportunities this year:
1) The CHIditarod Program Development Grant, and
2) The CHIditarod Infrastructure Investment Grant. Each unique applicant may only submit to one of these grant opportunities.
