Examples of qualifying topics: equality (racial, gender, sexual identity, socioeconomic, etc.); mental/physical health and well being; accessibility/inclusion; social/racial justice.

Examples of qualifying activities: community organizing, outreach, mentorship, allyship, teaching, outreach, creating and implementing DEI initiatives.
