The 4-H Member named on this form has approached me regarding the possible purchase of his/her market animal at this year's 4-H Livestock Auction. I am interested in receiving a free admission pass and sale terms and information.
To avoid duplicate mailings, complete this slip using the Buyer Name you wish to be known by. If you are buying under two (2) names - such as business AND personal - complete a slip for EACH name.

Prospective Buyer Information
1. Completing this Slip does NOT in any way obligate you to purchase an animal.
2. Profit amount for the Manistee County 4-H Livestock Council may be taken as an income tax deduction. If another group profits from the sale, then that specific profit would apply.
3. In the event you purchase an animal, you will be invited to participate in the 4-H Auction Buyers' Banquet, usually held in early October. The date is also published in the Auction Program.
4. Approximately three (3) weeks prior to the Auction, you will be mailed a letter that may be used to gain free admission to the Fairgrounds on Auction Day. The Auction is scheduled for Thursday of Manistee County Fair Week, starting at 5:30 PM (EST). A tentative sale order, established by the Manistee County 4-H Livestock Council, will be listed in the letter.
