Have respiratory or flu-like symptoms in the past week? *
Have you been diagnosed or been in contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid -19? *
A contact free temperature check will occur for each athlete before entering the facility. If your athlete answers yes to any of these please keep them at home for a minimum of 14 days and until they are medically cleared by a license  physician to return to football. NO locker rooms will be available for use, come dressed for practice  NO WATER will be provided, your athlete will be required to bring their own water, it is strongly suggested a gallon of water be brought NO visitors, spectators, parents, or college recruiters are allowed to stay at practice sessions.  Do you understand these conditions for the 2020-2021 basketball season? *
