This form is to register and grant your student permission to attend the Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Camp, located in Finland, MN with Providence Academy Middle School staff and chaperones. We will depart the school on Friday, May 10th using coach bus transportation to Wolf Ridge. Returning on Sunday, May 12th. The cost of the trip is $250 that will be billed to student accounts. If your child decides not to go on the trip, fees will be refunded only if another student can take their place. Students placed on a waiting list will not have fees charged to their accounts unless they are able to go on the trip. The trip is limited to 48 students due to the bus capacity.

We are in need of approximately 8-10 parent chaperones to make this trip happen. If you are interested in volunteering , you are able to sign up by clicking on the volunteer portion. (Chaperones are not charged a fee)
