Fixing Stumbling Blocks
Making the changes that bring us greater happiness can be surprisingly difficult sometimes. Often, we find ourselves falling into old, unhelpful patterns that keep us stuck. Sometimes we can't even see these patterns! We simply feel frustrated that we're not getting to where we want to be. At the root of many of our patterns are habitual thoughts or unquestioned beliefs. These thoughts and beliefs can be real 'stumbling blocks' to making the changes we want and need.

In this activity, you'll have an opportunity to identify which thought patterns get in the way for you. It can bring real focus to where you need to pay attention and act as red flags as you carve out the career you want.

This assessment consists of 72 questions.
