Volunteer Sign Up -- Sunday, October 1, 2023

For over 30 years, volunteers have planned, operated, and made the Westcott Street Cultural Fair a vibrant and diverse event. The Fair features some of the best performers, food, and vendors that the Westcott neighborhood and surrounding area has to offer. 

We operate successfully because of the help from over 100 volunteers from the Westcott Neighborhood, Nottingham High School, and local universities! Here are some of the ways you can help out: 

  • Help set-up in the early  morning
  • Staff the barricades
  • Roving the fair
  • Kids Corner
  • Help break down

Help us keep this vibrant neighborhood festival a success by lending a hand. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Plus, every volunteer gets a 2023 WSCF t-shirt to wear and keep!

Staff the barricades. (This is a perfect opportunity for you to help the Fair and hang out with a friend. The job is important; keeping cars out, counting fair goers, and opening the barricade if emergency vehicles require entry, but still plenty of time to socialize:-) 
Kids Corner - help with the climbing wall or a craft, and clean-up
Rover/Roadie: Check in with barricade volunteers, help musicians move equipment, etc
