This year we are welcoming Lawrence John Connor of Wicwas Press as our keynote speaker at a new location in Farmville, Hampden-Sydney College. There will be limited space for vendor tables and Sponsors will take priority!

General Sponsor and Vendor Information (see chart below): 

- Logos and sponsor information will also appear on our registration website. 

- All sponsors and vendors are invited to include promotional information in our registration bag! You can provide anything you would like from a flier or coupon to a promotional item. Materials for Registration Packets need to be provided by Tuesday January 9th, 2024 at 5pm.

- Ad space in our conference program will vary with level of involvement. Companies can provide ad copy or one can be designed for you. 

- Number of attendees varies with level. Additional tickets can be purchased for $50. 

- Set up will be on Friday January 12, 2023 between 12-6. Time slots will be determined closer to the event.

- We invite all sponsors and vendors to provide a Door Prize for attendees. Our raffle style door prizes were a huge success last year and provide a unique promotional opportunity for your company. 

PAYMENT: After completion of this form you will receive an final invoice. This can be paid via mail, Credit Card, or ACH transfer.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS FOR PACKET: These must be received by January 5th, 2024. We are planning to prepare 350 packets and will keep you posted if this number changes drastically. Pick up, drop off or mailing instructions can be provided.
