Please review the following studio policies carefully.

The registration, books and materials fee of $175 per child are due upon registration to secure your place in class.  Fees include: backpack, book, puppet, rhythm instrument and digital music download as well as 10 thirty minute classes.  Please e-transfer the fee to: mmmusicstudio@hotmail.com
Books and materials will be delivered to your home address.
Due to the short length of class there is no refund for withdrawals after the start date.  Withdrawals before the start date will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee as books cannont be returned.

Because each child has a reserved weekly class time, classes you do not attend will not be refunded or credited.

Parents are expected to be in attendance to help children during class by muting, unmuting when necessary and assisting during worksheet and rhythm ensembles.

Staying in Touch:
•Email: This is the BEST way to contact me. I will respond as quickly as possible but keep in mind if I receive work-related email on Saturday or Sunday, I may not get back to you until Monday.
•Phone: I do not take phone calls while I am teaching, email or leave a message.
•Keeping in touch: I use email to send out information and newsletters that you will need from time to time, please make sure that I have a current email address.

I do regularly try to take photographs or video of students during lessons and performances for use in my studio portfolio, advertising, lesson demonstrations and studio blog/website/Facebook page. I try to embrace all that technology and multi-media have to offer, keeping piano lessons relevant and engaging to today’s children. Any material that I post publicly is to highlight and celebrate your child’s accomplishments, but if ever there is an image or video that you wish to have removed I will respectfully do so. It is truly enjoyable to be able to look back at these files with your children from time to time. It helps them to see their progress and celebrates their growth over the years.
