Hillcrest Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Steering Committee interest form 2022-2023
Thank you so much for your interest!  This parent and staff committee collaborates with the administration, the PTA and the Hillcrest community to: support & celebrate families and students, create culturally inclusive events and practices, and learn together about how to recognize, address and redress racism and other forms of exclusion.  We aim to have a diverse group that represents a range of backgrounds and experiences, parents of children in different grades, and families from inside and outside of the Hillcrest neighborhood.  We will use these priorities, and expressed areas of interest, to select the steering committee members. The steering committee generally meets once a month on Tuesday evenings.
