Slauson Middle School Season 1 Registration
Season 1 athletics will begin Tuesday, September  6th. Use this form to sign up for Girls 7/8th Field Hockey, 7/8th Soccer, 6th Soccer, and 6/7/8th Cross Country. The 7/8th grade soccer teams will have tryouts and cuts. Registering does not guarantee a spot on the final roster.  Teams may require participation limits and a wait list.   

Sports physicals are required for participation in any of the activities listed below. Please make sure your student has a physical on file prior to the first day of tryouts/practice. To submit a physical form, email a digital copy to jasterk@aaps.k12.mi.us  or drop off a paper copy in the main office or in Room 146.

Pay-to-play fees are required before participation in any of the activities listed below.  This is a one time a year fee and includes all sports.  It's a $150 fee to be paid to the Rec and Ed.  We do have waivers for those who qualify.

In the AAPS, the health and safety of our students, staff, and community continue as our top priority. At a time when transmission levels in Washtenaw County remain high, we must consider specific guidelines to assure the health and safety of students, volunteers, and staff participating in extracurricular activities:

- We are strongly encouraging vaccination for all students who qualify based on CDC guidelines.
