- I will bring a negative test result not older than 24h with my full name
- If regulations change that will influence the immersion Sanya will adjust them and inform the signed up participants
- In case Berlin/Brandenburg goes into full lockdown and the event can´t take place because of governmental regulations, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and not be charged any further money. Food and accomodation is charged directly by the venue, so please check with them for their refund policy.
- I am attending this immersion at my own risk

I commit to bringing the outstanding balance for the costs of food and accomodation in cash upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 1 month before event: 50% of the event fee has to be paid
Up to 2 weeks before event:  75% of the event fee has to be paid
Less than 2 weeks before event: 100% of the event fee has to be paid

If there are people on the waiting list and someone takes over your spot after cancelling we take an administration fee of 150€ and the rest will be refunded. Registration closes two days before we start the immersion - after that no more change to your booking or cancellation is possible.
