The responsibilities of a Committee Chair are to guide discussion and provide information to the Committee delegates and participating members. During Convention you will present the report of your committee in front of the delegation. All Committee Chairs will receive an information packet that explains what charges they must address and advice on familiarizing yourself with the information, leading a committee, writing the Committee report, and presenting it to the delegation. There will also be a virtual meeting before District Convention with the committee Advisors to help prepare.

The application deadline is February 22 at 11:59pm. The Sisters selected as Committee Chairs will be informed via email and on the District social media soon after. They will then be provided with information regarding their Committees and how to best serve as a Chair.

Please note that the Nominations Committee Chairs will have extensive work prior to Convention and should be prepared to meet multiple times the week prior to Convention.
