This form will be used internally at City to update families' final selections for Hybrid/In-person or Virtual.
If you are choosing Hybrid/In-person, students with the last name A-L will be placed in Cohort A (M/T) and students with the last name M-Z will be placed in Cohort B (Th/F). If students are placed in a cohort and have an extenuating circumstance that requires a cohort change, families will be asked to email
AlbinA@grps.org with those change requests by November 24, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.
You do not have to submit this form if you are not changing your selection from your last submitted decision/placement.
The final deadline for submitting a student’s choice for in-person vs. virtual is due November 24, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.
