2022 Restaurant Commitment Form

ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2022, Project Open Hand will host our 4th annual Dining Out for Life event, a fundraising event in which participating restaurants donate a portion of their proceeds from one special day of dining to the licensed HIV/AIDS service agency in their city or region.

Project Open Hand is the designated HIV/AIDS service agency beneficiary of Dining Out For Life in the East Bay. Your participation in this event is not only a great branding opportunity, but also an investment in the health and well-being of those that need access to life-saving nutrition.

In return, Project Open Hand offers Restaurant Partners exceptional exposure through an integrated marketing campaign consisting of social, print, and digital advertising. Participating restaurants will be seen by thousands of local Bay Area diners and, most importantly, people who are committed to helping their community.
