I acknowledge that I have been given access to the 2021-2022 Raider Choir Policies & Procedures, the LISD Extra-Curricular Activity Handbook, and calendar through the choir web page at
www.raiderchoir.org, Google Classroom, and can request a paper copy of the policies if I do not have internet access. I understand and accept the responsibility to access and read the Choir Policies & Procedures, and to abide by its contents. I understand that if my child does not abide by the policies or meet all obligations then the consequences listed will be applied to them. I understand the choir fee includes the items stated in the Choir Policies & Procedures with the exception of optional choir trips. I understand that no refunds will be given on choir fees collected or due. I understand that lack of funds will not prohibit students from participation in the program.
