With the help of the Interreg EXPERIENCE project, Visit Kent have partnered with AccessAble – the UK’s largest provider of access information – to create a landmark programme of inclusive visitor support. This programme will be the first of its kind delivered across the UK and will provide practical support to our businesses as well as direct engagement with disabled visitors.
Please complete this form to arrange for an Access Guide to be created for your venue.

• Once you have submitted this form, a member of the Visit Kent team will be in touch to confirm your booking.
• Following this, your details will be passed on to AccessAble who will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable day for the initial assessment to take place.
Please note that Visit Kent will cover the cost of the initial access guide and
guidance document, subject to availability. The guidance document will provide advice on what
adjustments may be required to make your venue more accessible to a wider range
of visitors. The document will provide information on how to make these
changes, as well as how to prioritise the changes and indicative costs. Once
you have made any necessary adjustments to your venue, we would recommend
booking in a review visit for the following year, this will allow AccessAble to
revisit the property and update your guide with the details of any adjustments
you have made. Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of these
review visits yourself.
