Zankel Fellowship Application 2021-2022
The Zankel Fellowship is a highly competitive award. Please consult the eligibility requirements, the list of fellowship projects approved for the 2021-2022 academic year, and the FAQs before submitting an application. The information you enter below will provide faculty sponsors with a synopsis of your skills and experience. If you are shortlisted, a faculty sponsor may contact you for an updated resume, a personal statement, or to schedule an interview. You may be shortlisted by more than one faculty sponsor, so it is important that you rank fellowship projects carefully.

It is anticipated that awards will be made on a rolling basis starting in April. Faculty sponsors may rescind fellowship awards if a candidate is unavailable to meet the schedule requirements of the project or if a candidate is not cleared to work with minors by the New York City Department of Education (the clearance process takes place during the summer). The award will then be offered to candidates on the waitlist.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. THE PRIORITY DEADLINE FOR APPLICANTS IS FRIDAY, MARCH 26, 2021.
