PTO Officer/Chair Nominations
The 2024-2025 school year will be here before you know it!  Below are the posted positions.  Please use this form to submit anyone's name.  Those nominated will be notified and then must accept the nomination.  Elections will take place on May 3rd based on these accepted nominations.  

If you would like to nominate yourself for an officer's position feel free to do so.  

*As a PTO officer, you automatically fulfill your SLP obligation.  8th Grade parents are strongly advised NOT to be a PTO officer.  

This form must be completed by Friday 4/19.  All responses are anonymous.  Only one response per person.
PTO President: 

The president shall preside over meetings of the organization and the executive board, serve as the primary contact for the principal, represent the organization at meetings outside the organization, serve as an ex officio member of all committees except the nominating committee, and coordinate the work of all the officers and committees so that the purpose of the organization is served.

Vice President:

The vice president shall assist the president and carry out the president’s duties in his or her absence or inability to serve.

Secretary:

The secretary shall keep all records of the organization, take and record minutes, prepare the agenda, handle correspondence, and send notices of meetings to the membership. The secretary also keeps a copy of the minute’s book, bylaws, rules, membership list, and any other necessary supplies, and brings them to meetings.

Treasurer:

Collects financial report from the book keeper's office.  counts money from fundraisers.  Corresponds with the book keeper before each meeting.  Notifies Book Keeper of any necessary checks that need to be paid.
