Transportation Request 2021 - 2022
Please fill out our form accurately. Use a valid email address and phone number as they will be used to contact you regarding your request. If accurate information is not provided, your request will not be processed or approved. Once your request has been approved you will need to create an account in Ride 360 Transportation Parent Portal. This will be used to communicate bus assignments, delays, and anything related to the bus in relation to your student.  This request form is for the K-8 Oxnard School District. Eligibility for Pupil Transportation is based on the address provided during enrollment and that is in the District Student Information System. Students shall be eligible for transportation service to and from school if the distance between their school-established bus stop and the school is beyond 1.5 miles. Students will required to have a bus pass issued by the District.

*** Filling out this form does not mean your student is registered to ride a bus. This is a request form and will have to be processed. When the child is assigned to a route, their schedule can be viewed on the Ride 360 website or app. Schedules will be available on August 20, 2021***
