Leadership Training for Postdocs and Group Leaders

Because of the positive feedback and high interest in the offer, a new edition of the Leadership Training Program for Postdocs and Group Leaders will take place in 2022. In a series of a two-day workshop and two follow-up workshops (one day each) the participants will be provided with adequate tools for dealing with different challenges like leading people, starting an independent research group or building up a reputation.

The requirement for participation is that you currently work in North Rhine-Westphalia on a stem cell-related topic . Researchers concerned with ethical, legal or social aspects of stem cell research are also invited to participate.

The next workshop series will be held on October 12-13 (Cologne), November 14 (Düsseldorf), and December 7 (Cologne) 2022.

The workshop series will consitst of three parts (part 1 is a two-day workshop, part 2 and 3 will be one day follow-up workshops). All meetings will take place in Cologne or Düsseldorf and are planned as personal meetings. However, if the pandemic situation changes, they might be postponed or held as online meetings (split up in shorter sessions). Please mark on which of the following date blocks you are available (multiple entries are possible!).
