MamaDeaux's 4th Annual BayoU GatorCraw Fest

Application must include a $50 Refundable cleaning deposit. All vendors MUST obtain a “Certificate of Insurance” of $1,000,000 naming MamaDeauxs, LLC, as well as list the following with the EXACT wording: Blue Earth Plaza, Café du Qvondeyz Express, BayoU Sunflowers, Manhattan Area Habitat For Humanity, Bayou GatorCraw Fest, it’s directors officers, agents, servants, and employees, are made additionally insured, but only insofar as the operations of this contract are concerned. Each Vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent (No larger than 10X10), electrical cords, tables, lights, chairs, tarps for flooring, and water hoses. All food booths are required to have hand washing sink with waste bucket, 3 compartment sink for dishwashing, and all applicable fire extinguishers.

Disclaimer: All vendors must be set up no later than 9:00 am the morning of the event. If vendor does not show for event, they’ll forfeit all moneys paid and be penalized another $100 for compromising event integrity. If No Show, you will NOT be able to vend at any of MamaDeaux’s Family of Companies event(s).
