Berkmar Middle School PTSA Vendor Contract
Date of Event: Saturday, April 29, 2023. $20.00 per table. You can pay by check or cash. If you pay by check make the checks out to Berkmar Middle School PTSA. Vendors must provide their own equipment, canopies, tables, chairs, etc. All fees are non-refundable Event time is 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Vendors can begin set up at 8:00 AM and breakdown will be at 4:00 PM or earlier.
