The raffle will start at 6:00 PM on the night of the Masquerade. Everyone that signs up will have their name placed into a pool and one name will be randomly selected every ten minutes (through the usage of a bot). 

You must be online if your name is selected. You will be told to enter a Private Chamber room where the artist will be waiting. If you are offline then another name will be called.
