The Beyond Categorical Thinking program is designed to promote inclusive thinking in the search process for a new minister. It is recommended by the UUA in order to ensure the best match for the incoming minister is without distraction from pre-conceived biases.
And, the more participants in this workshop - the more the ministerial candidates will know they will be treated fairly by our congregation!
