We welcome Friends Seminary students, in Grades K-6, to drop in to after school programming whenever needed! We offer daily programs until 4:30 PM, with the option to stay until 5:30 PM.
By completing this form, you will have signed up your child to participate in After Owls (our after school programming). Please carefully review the information below and the responses submitted. A copy of your responses will be emailed to you. Afterwards, PLEASE alert your child's homeroom teachers of the change to their dismissal plans.
Your child will be placed in Funhouse or Homework Club, depending on their grade level.
Reminders:
- Please complete the form once per child and date attending
- Sign up by 2 PM for a day-of drop in
- We offer a daily snack, please include any food allergies we should be aware of.
- Indicate any special needs at the end of this form, if applicable
- Pick ups are via the outside of 218 E 16th Street (Townhouse Entrance) at promptly 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM
Billing / Policies:
- By completing this form, you agree to our billing agreements
- Billing is via Campium, our enrollment platform. If you have an account on file, you will be billed automatically within the week of participation. If you need to submit payment afterwards, an invoice will be mailed and payment will be due upon receipt.
- Drop in rates: $90 per day for After Owls (includes until 4:30 or 5:30 PM) | +$40 to add the Extended Day hour onto scheduled After Owls program
