All playoff games will be conducted under 2022-23 NATIONAL FEDERATION SOCCER RULES except where superseded by this bulletin or the Blue Book.

This is a good review from 2020-21, only the official ball has CHANGED, here is the information on the official ball.

CIF has loosened the requirement that the school must have a certain Wilson ball because those balls can't be found anywhere. Any ball that has the NFHS logo is acceptable.

If you are unable to find WILSON VIVIDO MATCH SOCCER BALLS, please note that the VEZA MATCH SOCCER BALL and the FORTE FYBRID II are NFHS approved and are the preferred backup options. With that said, if you must use another brand, any NFHS stamped ball is approved for regular season or post season play.
