It is best to submit your request at least 3 months prior to your event date to allow the Board sufficient time to review your application.  Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.  The Wisconsin RID Board will set a goal of responding to your request three weeks from the date that it was received.  Approval for funding does not automatically guarantee future funding.

In addition to this application, please submit a proposed budget for your event.

Requirements if your organization received funding assistance from WisRID for your event:  1:You must submit an evaluation summary and a final financial report showing income, expenses, profit/loss, etc., within 45 days after the event. 2:Wisconsin RID will be recognized as a supporting organization in all promotional materials.  3: If the event is canceled, the funds must be returned to the WisRID Treasurer within 30 days.
