Kiwanis Club of Washingtonville presents         FLAGS FOR HEROES

Join our community in paying tribute to the heroes in our lives, both past and present. Your hero could be a member of the police, fire, military, first responder or medical professional. Perhaps your hero is a coach, teacher, community leader, mentor, parent, child, friend or anyone who has been a hero in your life.

HONOR your personal hero by sponsoring a 3 x 5 foot flag for $50. The deadline to order is July 18, 2021. Please note quantities are limited and may sell out before the deadline.

The Presentation of Heroes, a special ceremony to honor our heroes, will take place on Sunday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Firefighters Memorial Park on Ahearn Boulevard, Washingtonville, New York. Flags will be flown from August 28 through September 18. After the event has ended, the personalized keepsake medallion in which was displayed with your hero's flag will be sent to a recipient of your choice.

Please complete one (1) form per hero. Your information will be kept private and will never be sold.

Payment Information
The Kiwanis Club of Washingtonville can accept checks by mail or credit card or direct bank account payments through PayPal. Please note a PayPal fee may apply for credit card transactions. Payment must be received no later than July 18 or your order will be deemed incomplete and cancelled.

Once you submit this form, a confirmation page with detailed instructions on how to pay will be provided to you.
