1. If you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms, you will NOT be able to test on campus. Please seek medical attention.

2. This is a screening tool. If you are positive, you will need to see a doctor for further testing. You will not be allowed to return to work until you are cleared by a medical provider.

3. As per the CDC it is not recommended to retest if you have previously tested positive for COVID 19, for up to 3 months, from your last positive test. If this applies to you, you will need to refrain from participation in the COVID testing until 3 months have passed since your last COVID 19 positive test.

4. Mask will be required.

5. You will wait in your vehicle and will be called to the cell# provided to enter testing site. Once test is complete you will return to your vehicle for results.

6. If you are under quarantine at the present moment you can't test at this time
