Welcome to the Magsaysay Laureate library! We're thrilled to have you here. 
To access the Library areas, we kindly request that you read the guidelines below and fill-out this visitor log form.

All information provided will be kept confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to a third party without your consent

The Magsaysay Laureate Library and Museum has the following areas:

Ground Floor Library – the space on the ground floor open to café customers from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday

The Reading Room and Mezzanine-- the area is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Access to the Wilkinson Reading Room and Mezzanine (Exhibit Space and Research Room) is available by appointment.

-Wilkinson Reading Room – a quiet reading room at the ground floor exclusive for RMAF’s Friends of the              Library and guests;

-Exhibit Space – an open space on the Mezzanine for RMAF’s exhibits;

-Research Room – a room on the Mezzanine dedicated for researchers.

GENERAL GUIDELINES ON THE USAGE OF THE MAGSAYSAY LAUREATE LIBRARY AND MUSEUM

-Loud and disruptive laughter, as well as excessive noise, including loud music, are strictly prohibited.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility.

-Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be served inside the facility.

-Food and drinks are not permitted inside the Wilkinson Reading Room and Mezzanine.

-The Chief Librarian reserves the right to report any activity that violates library policies or endangers the health and safety of library patrons or staff, which may result in termination of such activities.

-All incoming and outgoing bags and bulky parcels are subject to inspection by RMAF Security Personnel.

SPECIFIC GUIDELINES ON THE USAGE OF THE GROUND FLOOR LIBRARY

-Café customers are not allowed to stay at the Ground Floor Library beyond 5:00 PM.

-The Ground Floor Library can accommodate a maximum of 18 people, including café staff/servers.

-Café customers are kindly advised not to leave their belongings unattended. The library personnel will not be held liable for any losses or damages.

Borrowing Books:

- Strictly handling of library materials while eating or drinking. Cafe customers are allowed to get books from the shelves provided that their hands are clean and dry. 

-All books are for ROOM USE ONLY within the Magsaysay Laureate Library and Museum.

-After use, all books must be returned properly in the designated shelf for books for reshelving.
