The Return to In-person Learning Intent form was due on December 16th. If you would like to adjust a previous response or did not respond prior to December 16th then please contact your student's school directly to discuss the needed adjustment. While every effort is being made to provide student's with their preference for in-person or virtual instruction, due to health restrictions and necessary mitigations decisions made after December 16th may require the student be placed on a waiting list to return to in-person instruction.
