Filling out this form is simply telling us that the/your student is interested in signing up for intramural volleyball. Too,  you the student and the parent guardian are committed to being at the school for the 18 allotted times for the this intramural session. The mornings are Wednesday and Thursday beginning October the 25th, 8:00 -8:40 am. You will receive a confirmation email that you have been selected to participate. Numbers are limited and in the event that we have more students than spots, we are doing a random draw for all the allotted spots. One submission per student please.
