**STEPH1OFFICIAL Giveaway Rules**

1. **Eligibility:** Giveaways hosted by STEPH1OFFICIAL are open to individuals who meet the following criteria: 

- Must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate.

- Must be a resident of a country where the giveaway is legally permitted.

- Must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding giveaways and prizes.

2. **Entry Period:** The entry period for each giveaway will be clearly specified in the respective giveaway announcement.

3. **How to Enter:** Participants can enter the giveaway by following the entry instructions provided in the giveaway announcement, which may include actions such as liking a post, sharing content, tagging friends, filling out a form, or making a minimum entry purchase for raffles.

4. **Entry Limit:** Unless otherwise stated, there is a limit of one entry per person for each giveaway. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

5. **Raffles with Entry Purchase Requirement:**

- Some giveaways hosted by STEPH1OFFICIAL may be conducted as raffles where participants are required to make a minimum entry purchase of $1.00 to be eligible to win. The specific entry purchase amount and method will be clearly stated in the respective giveaway announcement.

- Participants who wish to enter the raffle must make the required entry purchase through the designated method provided in the giveaway announcement.

- Each valid entry purchase will count as one entry into the raffle. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may purchase, provided each entry purchase meets the minimum requirement and is made through the designated method.

- Entry purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received, including those obtained through entry purchases, in accordance with the selection process outlined in Section 6.

- The total value of prizes offered in the raffle will be specified in the respective giveaway announcement.

- All other rules and conditions outlined in Sections 1-14 apply to raffles with entry purchase requirements, including eligibility, winner selection, notification, verification, publicity, taxes and fees, release of liability, modification or termination, governing law, and questions.

6. **Prizes:** Prizes for each giveaway will be specified in the respective giveaway announcement. Prizes may include game items, V-Bucks, in-game currency, loot, cash prizes, or other items. The total value of prizes offered will also be indicated.

7. **Winner Selection:** Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The method of winner selection will be fair and transparent.

8. **Notification of Winners:** Winners will be notified via the method of entry (e.g., direct message on social media, email) within a reasonable time after the giveaway ends. Winners must respond within the specified timeframe to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. **Verification:** Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, such as age or residency, upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

13. **Modification or Termination:** STEPH1OFFICIAL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or force majeure events.

14. **Governing Law:** The giveaway is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
