VOC x Bike Kitchen First Day of School Social Ride
Wednesday Sept 7, meeting 7pm, leaving from west outside the Bike Kitchen in the treed area 715 HERE

Come to the Bike Kitchen 6-7pm for special extended shop hours for folks on the ride (sales and quick safety check only, no major repairs) and outside the shop from 6-715 for free repair stand with VOCers to help you pump up your tires and lube your chain!


The ride will take place and travel through the unceeded stolen land of the Musqueam peoples. Many of us are visitors on this land and we should keep that in mind as we enjoy the evening and make new friendships. Fun fact: we will be crossing over the new Senawk development near the Burrard Bridge on our ride!

Are you planning on coming by the Bike Kitchen 6-7pm to buy stuff before the ride? (private shop hours for folks on the ride)
Come to the Bike Kitchen during this special hour if you need to purchase front and rear lights (required for the ride), roadside repair tools, a helmet, anything else and/or a smile (smiles are free!).
Masks are required in the shop so make sure to bring one or be prepared to buy one for a small fee.

Are you planning on getting your tires pumped and chain lubed on the free outdoor repair stands before the ride?
Come before 7:15, ideally before 7 to get your bike ready to go. We will have music going for a little pre-ride party and social.
