Parents/Guardians who would like to learn about the course of study, review learning materials and supplemental instructional materials, access instructional materials, review courses of study & textbooks, or inspect school district curriculum & policy should complete this form. A copy of the responses will be sent to the KUSD District Office and the school's princpal. You will be notified when and where you can pick up materials.
