Spring 2021 PEP Registration Form
Given COVID safety protocols in place on our campus, this year's PEP (Pupil Enrichment Program) classes will be contained within smaller groups of grade levels and have set maximums for the number of class participants. Students will be dismissed from their homerooms with the last carpool group to go to their PEP classrooms to allow teachers time to sanitize their classrooms appropriately. PEP class instructors will do their best to distance students to limit the need for quarantine due to possible exposure. If a quarantine is necessary of any attendee, the class instructor will communicate with the applicable families to share an online or in-person make-up plan, as determined by that specific teacher.

Classes will be offered in 3-week segments for the winter, as well as the spring. Fees are paid directly to the teacher, as an independent contractor and educational provider. All class-specific questions should be directed to the class instructor. Questions about PEP in general can be directed to our Director of Student Activities, Ashley Davenport, at adavenport@ht-school.org.
