Welcome to the registration for KREWE Summer Summit at St. Joseph Retreat Center in Green Bay from August 4-8, 2019! We are so excited to have you join us on this wonderful opportunity. If you have returning KREWE leaders assisting with the implementation of Summer Summit, they are asked to attend additional training August 2-4, 2019.

This form is ONLY for adult leaders, priests, and young adults. Cost is FREE for NEW attendees; $150 per student for returning students and adults. *Winter Summit will be $75 for new and returning students and adults*

REMINDER: Commissioning Mass with Bishop Ricken for past and present KREWE members will take place on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at NOON at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in Green Bay. Current and former KREWE members and their families, and pastors, are invited to attend! We will have light reception immediately following the Mass in the Cathedral Center.

No paper form will be needed as this acts as your liability form and registration. Once you submit this form, your spot is officially reserved.
